Ships cruising through landscape
« on: April 02, 2008, 01:02:57 AM »
A couple of days ago I was taking off from a field and a barge intercepted me half way through take off. I collided with it and an explosion occured, in which I suffered a rather surprising death.
Very strange to see a boat on a runway.

This also occurs with supply convoys. I was taking off and a co-country man infront of me got run over by a supply convoy, he exploded and I was lucky enough to pull up just in time to miss the trucks. I might add I had quite a bit of a laugh out of it also, as I found the situation rather amusing.
One more thing I should point out is that when you shoot down a bomber in close range, the remaining ones seem to warp into a different position. If you are unlucky enough to be at a wrong angle/position during the warp you suffer a collision and death.

I'm pretty sure these are all known issues. Just like the convoys that don't follow the roads anymore. It could be worse. I remember once after a patch or update were we had our entire CV task group cruising across the middle of a large land mass. :O Was funny as heck to see and the cons kept augering into the ground trying to bomb it. :rofl

I dove down to strafe a train 2 nights ago and the locomotive detached from the cars and went in another direction. The cars stayed on the track, at speed and the locomotive finally remerged with the train and continued on. :O

i was sitting in a bomber ready for lift off. (squad mission). So there are about 10 of us right on top of eachother. He was counting down for lift off...BOOM! we all explode, the supply trucks hit us.

funny.......but tragic.

I was taking off in a 262 and all of a sudden a supply convoy came in front of me and killed me. Can I have my perks back.
