ooooohh yes thanks for the help weazely yea i did what you said and you are right it does look great the contrast really makes a difference but what did you mean by layers?

Changing the layers opacity.. if you make a new layer and make that layer a full red, then change that layers opacity it will give the image a red feeling with out it being over done.

hmmm i still can't get it to work. How do i set the color to the new layer, and set the opacity?

I'm having problems just getting to let me add stuff to it. I can figure out how to make the whole picture darker but everything else such as tools (blur, contort, etc) I can't get to. If i can figure that one out, i should be able to get it but its confusing program..help!
