Can't get on line

Everything was working fine yesterday but today when I try to get to the online areas I receive a message saying
"Unable to connect for version. Please check all firewall settings"  I have not changed anything and my firewall is off.
I am not sure what to do as my knowledge of computers is rather limited.  Any help would be great.

If you can get to our WEB page with your browser, which you seem to be able to do, but the game cannot connect to the Internet, it is a firewall issue.  Depending on the firewall (Norton and McAfee are bad about this), you may not be able to actually disable it, even if the option exists.

Software firewalls are notorious for blocking software you have previously allowed.

Also note, if you are behind a router, the router will also have a firewall in it which could be the problem.

I'll keep checking things.  Who knows, it could be something one of the kids accidentally did while messing around on the computer last night.

All I do is go into norton and allow AH2 back through works everytime.  Skuzzy beat me to it.

same thing happened to me right now which again same as thumless I have changed nothing and I played the game last night.  2 people same problem appears something changed with the game weird  :uhoh I'll start trying things

First thing I tried was a restart and I deleted an anti-virus protention program that poped up wanting me to purchase it and I got online.

It may just need a re-boot if that don't work it may be a program keeping it from connecting - mines working now

got it to working!!!!!!!!! :aok
For some reason (maybe my computer has a virus or something I'll have to run a scan) the date on my computer was saying it was july 6th 2420.  So I changed it to 2010 and everything worked.

Hey guys I'm having a problem after sign in. The arena page freezes, and there is -- ping rate. Then after like 10 min. ping is @ like 135000000 lol  but mouse still will not move :mad: has this happened to any others???????  :salute
