Wheat
Salt
Yeast

Note the lack of vegetables on that list.

A loaf of Zucchini does not have a chance with me it will be gone in no time, pumpkin bread rates right along there to, both good stuff :aok  most people who eat Zucchini bread without know what it is cant beleive its made from Zucchini, its that good, Rats!!! wish i had some now  :lol

I looked at this thread today and my mouth has been watering all day, i got my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday and im confined to jello and ice-cream

Zucchini bread doesn't sound appetizing at all.

You'd be surrpised w/ a good recipie.  Can be said about almost anything you can do with Zucchini.  IE: a good batter + fryer and you might just never go back to french fries.  Personaly I love grilling some up with eggplant and summer squashes (after marinating and then applying olive oil w/ a brush while it's on the grill) this time of year to serve with some potato salad and whatever good meat I can find to grill.  It's cheap and plentiful year round here so it's a staple in most pastas and can be easily incorporated into dishes I make regularly.  Pick them like ya would squash or eggplant, too soft means over-ripe and too seedy IMO.

Im a freak of nature / mutant / further evolved being (take your pick).  Born with only one wisdom tooth, popped out about 10 years ago, still here in my mouth.... think I'll go eat some tacos for lunch today.  :devil
