« on: August 27, 2010, 12:52:01 AM »
well this coming Labor Day a group of MasterCraft owners are going to go camping on an Island on the Columbia River around the Government Island area, theres going to be about 8 to 10 of us wakeboarding and slalom skiing the whole weekend and one of our friends is bringing his wakekite, after explaining how it works he emailed me a link to this video showing how it works, needless to say my son and i are stoked to try this out, any people around that area keep a look out for a real big party lol

Being a keen surfer I took a 2 hour kiteboarding lesson while I was on holidays a few years ago, I couldn't lift my arms for a week.
No thank you Turkish, I'm sweet enough.

Out here we call it kiteboarding.  Do not try it without good instruction.

I took a couple of lessons and bought my own kite.
We went to Mexico and I could't move for three days after. It is a workout and a half until you get the hang of it.

A kid in sandiego where I go borrowed a friends kite with no instruction and a gust of wind drug him Through the air over two lanes of highway and put him in a 80 ft palm tree.

These are 7,8,9, meter kites mine lifted me 20 ft out of the water with a gust of wind. Scared. The hell out of me
