When operating a cruiser gun position it is often a good thing to keep an eye on the horizon after you have elevated the three guns. We have F8 and then the NumPad keys to slew the view down. When you are zoomed in the slew is way too sensitive, and if you hit the wrong key you have to recenter (F1) and start over.
I wish this function could be mapped to an axis (one axis each for up/down and side/side) and scaled so you can control the rate of movement.
