i think early plane set would be good but i muet admit the prospect of different types to those seen in other sims seems the more appealing to me.
gloster gladiator?   why not?
swordfish?,me163?,bleinhem?,wellington?
or shermans tigers and other tanks?
how about towed gliders? jeeps? artillary?
could we get submarines?
its endless
also id like to be able to get more than 2 people in one plane.whole crews would be great

While I've always been an avowed early war nut, I must disagree. I don't see any point with HTC trying to compete with WW2OL's planeset right now. In my mind, they(HTC) should instead concentrate on the late war, and "what if" planes, and carve there own unique niche in the market. Finish the late /post war set, then go backwards and start filling out the earlier planesets.

Think of it, guys. AH as an online version of SWOTL.

You may now burn me at the stake!

I would like nothing more then a good Battle of Britain scenario in the sim where guns work. WB surely ain't gonna do it for me.

Please, please , please HTC - let us have a BoB scenario.

I have suggested here before about HTC concentrating on one planeset, obviously due to my locality the planeset I'd like to see is  a complete BoB planeset but I'd be just as happy if it were a Pacific planeset just as long as we can organise some scenarios around it! If HTC gave us a BoB or Pacific planeset then while they let the community organise scenarios it would keep us off HTC's back for a while as they work on the next scenario planeset

I have to disagree with you banana (unfortunate name to put to a sentance without it looking awkward   ) but if there is one thing that bothers me with AH its the desire to want to model obscure planes just for the sake of being different and ignoring some of the classics like the Hurricane and Mosquito as well as the HE111, there's nothing wrong in being different but if its at the expense of creating one planeset for scenario use then I think its HTC that will suffer, there are many pilots in Warbirds who have used the lack of scenarios as an excuse not to even try AH.

Early Spitfire, 109, and Ju 88 variants could be doable, but our plate is pretty full this summer.  It's something I'll keep in mind as a goal, but it's too early to commit to something like that right now.

Thanks for the response Doug. If you could do the early model 109s and Spits, along with a Ju88A-1 (NOT A-4), I could still whip something up that would be fairly cool.

Appreciate anything you can do.

Yes! BoB would be great!!
Malta would be great too, I'd love to fly my
crap CR42 against those early Gladiators or Hurris!
France would be quite good, but they just fought for a month (!).
Malta and the Med would be more interesting since they could start with old planes (some very very old ones!...) and end in a Spit V against a C.205 or 109late series.
ciao
