I posted this card on a thread because I think the all-in-wonder is a great feature, but how long will the 9600 keep up with gaming? I think this card is a great deal.

The All-In-Wonder (AIW) cards have normally been slower clocked than the non-AIW counterpart.  It is true of all the AIW cards except the 9600XT AIW.  It is actually clocked faster than the standard 9600XT.
The normal 9600 is an ok card, but is much slower and more power hungry than the XT card as it is based on the RV350 part (150nm no low-k).  The 9600XT series is based on the RV360 (130nm low-k) and runs significantly faster and quite a bit cooler.

I would say the normal 9600 would not be a good long term investment.  The 9600XT would definately last much longer.
