sirloin... don't know how to post a pic but it is ugly as you can imagine.  Who cares?  works great.   The ch stuff is also light and so you have to fasten it down to the desk in any event.  the deck screw do double duty now is all.    If you fly in a manner where stick movement is not necessary or, seldom necessary then any stick, or, even a mouse will do.
