Guys, we'll have to agree to disagree on this topic. I just think we'd be pwning ourselves in the long run.I just don't think we can or should go back to the 19th century attitudes. BTW, you gents from across the pond, this is a very active discusion in the US right now.

My standard of living (and possibly yours, if you are middle class or lower) is falling due to globalization.   We've lost probably millions of blue collar jobs overseas, and now we are losing white collar jobs too.
