I know one thing, Im going early this year!  Last year I only went twice, and it was late in the summer. The trout tasted muddy as hell.

The fish want to be caught. They hate the watery life they are sentenced to and long for a warm grittle to bask in. A snip of the head with a pair of my wife's best scissors, guts in the sink, a rinse, into the frypan full of butter...ahhhhh yes. That and a can of baked beans, and biscuits.
