yes but much of the colors in the entire photograph have faded. The camouflage colours should be 74/75/76.

You would need to mess around with the tones some more to get a more 'real looking photo.

The blue in the photo is a common problem with old Kodachrome negatives if not stored properly (keeping them refridgerated preserves them better than storing them at room temperature). Kodachrome film was also very sensitive to developer solution temperature deviations, and many war-time photos were developed in crude darkrooms without adequate care made for temperature.

Seen a Vulcan fly inverted down the runway at RAF St. Athans at around 50ft.
Pilot got court martialled!!
