I think I'll sit it out another week.  the AvA is just unappealling,  these unimaginative planesets will not do.

For the time frame it looks about as good of setup as you can make with the AH planeset. I'm looking forward to flying the A6M5, and  the F4U1  both.

I'm just a bit curious, not upset, not complaining, just curious.

Even though I took a few months off, I still payed attention to the setups, and while I may have overlooked it, I don't seem to recall having seen the F4U-1A featured in a planeset, even when the F4U-1D was.

Is there a particular reason it does not seem to get included in the Mid War setups ?  Date of introduction to Service ??  Lack of Service on the CV's of the time ??  It was strictly used by the Marines from Land Bases ??

I know I could google all of that info.  I'm just curious why It seems to get left out.

Gents since the 1st is tomorrow (Friday) it might be better if I set this up Saturday morning early. Apparently the first of the month causes problems due to the arena's resets and I would have to set it up all over again on Saturday anyway. I hate doing things twice when you don't need to.

I am checking with Fork on what I can do. At this point I am planning on setting it up early Saturday morning. About 9 AM Eastern (6 AM my time).

has the AvsA arena been setup properly for this week yet?

Jaekart I left it out because this is a 1943 setup. So I used what planes we have in the HTC hanger. Not a lot of choices, but I think this is a pretty fair match up. Ki-61 does well. Several were landing kills in them tonight.

Man alive, how much fun was yesterday/last night in AvA?!

I had an absolute blast with one brief exception which I won't mention again online.

The zero, though, seems quite outclassed by the U.S. rides in this setup.
