Frostbitee, we do read the posts. As a matter of fact, this is your first in this thread, which basically flamed everyone in it.

Also, I might add, you DID NOT state that you disagreed with him entering illegally. As a matter of fact, you said "His couragious act deserves a chance in our country." The way you put it, it sounds' like you want the U.S. Justice Dept. to simply ignore what has been set forth in law, and further erode our code of ethics. This is why half the board dogpiled on you with your opening post.

Thank you, that is all I was saying. I do not agree to being bashed for thinking that way. I live in florida and there is a big problem with illegals here. It affects my husbands work as well. I do not agree they come here illegally, but when one does like Jesus did it does show they are all not bad. There are many problems due to illegals but with any one race we cannot say all are the same. All are rapists, druggies etc. Yes he needs to enter the right way. But also deserves a thank you.

The point of mentioning my ethnicaly mixed experience is that if anyone's unlikely to be racist, it's me.  I haven't spent any significant part of my life sheltered inside any single culture.

Re: The second coming (:p) : Deserving a thank you is not on the same scale as deserving a free green card while countless others actualy paid the price and waited in line for it.
