you don't need either, they come with head tracking in them.

Ahh actually its not like that, the screens internally are quite small and the optics give the feeling of looking at a reasonably large screen from a comfortable distance. You also get the bonus of a true 3D image.

I've been using a Z800 VR headset (similar but slightly higher spec'd model) with AH for over a year now.

Tell me how much time you've spent using VR Gear?
