Snafu, been having the same problem with RHA... Couldn't get connected earlier this evening so used my BT account. Later on I went with RHA then got discoed, luckily just come out of AH, but tried to reconnect at 1:15am and took another 5 attempts! Can't be that busy at that time of night?!
Hang on, just checked out RHA website and there are some problems:-

"There is currently an interconnect switching issue between the major telecoms in the UK"
"We stress that is not a bandwidth problem or a problem with our network. The symptoms of this switching issue include error 629, 678, 676 and the inability to connect first time to our service."
Anyway, I just hope it just is technical problems! As for X-Stream, I haven't been able to log onto yet in two months!
