A lot of people seem to be having success with VoiceAttack in some other games.

Wiley.
If you think you are having a 1v1 in the Main Arena, your SA has failed you.

I am using VAC with a lot of success but have just got voice attack because it seemed to offer a much more powerful programing ability. I haven't used yet so can't recommend but would sure take a look if just starting. With vac and a hotas setup, I have eliminated the keyboard and only need the mouse for some clipboard items. I never touch the keyboard in AH now. Voice command has the benefit of not needing to remember which button does what. You can also have multiple phrases so full flaps down, flaps down full, and flaps full down will all result in a series of commands that will put the flaps all the way down.
