Just remember Tilt, that only moves the RWY and not all the other items.
If you select the whole group, and move it the required amount of distance to center it, then everything will be placed better.
If you RWY is to far East by 50.5678 ft, then place that number in the snap spacing box, check snap box and then move the whole field west. Each movement equals 50.5678ft.
