ya, I wonder about that kid.  seems to me he shouldn't be alowed to leave the state(at the very least).  he knew about this and it only came out when he had a problem with his father?  seems he has some stuff to answer for and shouldn't be allowed to leave the state until this is worked out.

I'm telling you.. public execution would stop a lot of this crap.
As it is, many of these poor excuses for human beings don't think there's much to worry about with regards to punishment.

while I wouldn't mind seeing these sick bastards die, I doubt that the fear of death would have any real effect on them.  they seem to have little or no fear of consiquences or else the think the are to 'good' at it to be caught.  this guy in particular seemed to think he was invincable. he talked openly about how he was being investigated and how he was a suspect for months.  and even if there isn't a death penalty I'm sure most of these guys have a fairly good idea of their odds of surviving prison once their 'roomies' find out what they are in for.

besides there was a death penalty in Washington, it didn't stop Dodd.
death penalty in CA, it didn't stop this guys father.
  and we have a death penalty here and it didn't stop this guy.
  it does however really lower the odds of repeat offenders.
