Well, the way I see it.  The board is like the bar in Cheers (t.v. show for those that do not know).  A good place to meet, discuss things, and have some laughs.
But when Cheers turns into Wrestle-Mania, I figure I better step in.

Not something I want to do, but, if forced into it, I will.
