I have never liked pb&j.  I go for more complicated sandwiches. :)

Around Thanksgiving time:
Hot Turkey slices, stuffing, thin layer of turkey gravy and melted cheese on toasted bread (cranberry sauce optional)

Rest of the Year:
Tuna Salad with crispy bacon strips, mustard, lettuce and melted mozzarella on toasted bread. (Really, it tastes better than it sounds).

simple sandwich - Hard Italian salami and some fontina cheese on some good crusty bread with a quality mayo.....







Or a PB&J - I married the second Mrs. Tahgut because she knew that the J needed to outweigh the PB by 2 to 1.
