SOB, It might make ya feel slightly better to know that I couldn't make to the Alien Special down here anyway either, as something came up. It sucks because they won't show it again, from what I heard :/

MT, it's the only major theater chain here in Salem.  There are a few independents in the area, but they generally only show older or smaller independent films.

Come up to Portland to see it TOB.  It's playing at the Century Theater by my house.  They have fold down arms on the seats so we could cuddle.

Actually, Regal Cinemas is based out of Portland.  There's one major theater in town that is not Regal... A Century Theater.  I've heard Century only built it because Regal decided to put a theater in their "home town".

I saw it with the whole office this morning at 7am,  cine' capri in Scottsdale.

Some really cool scenes and the story had some good spots, but the battle scenes with the machines was a little overdone and began to get repetative.

I wish they had focused a little less on the  battle scenes and little more on the mind-games .

Good movie though, it was entertaining.

The only way this series can redeam itself at this point is if it has starscream decend on earth and rule both the humans and machines. Cause every movie needs some transformer love.

but would starscream have megatron as a gun to destroy optimus prime?????

although starscream was a weasly sonofaboitch anyway i never liked him.. i was partial to blitzwing, laserbeak and his partner soundwave, ramjet, shockwave, and last but not least devastor

ramjet alone could kick starscream's arse.

shockwave's gun was totally cooler than megatrons too.

dude Shockwave was over 35 feet as a multi use ray gun.

Quote
His total command of the electromagnetic spectrum allows him, in his ray-gun mode, to emit a coruscating beam of energy in a wide variety of forms: high-energy explosive gamma rays, x-rays that allow him to see through almost anything, blinding visible light, super-hot infrared rays and radio waves that can either send messages or jam other radio signals are but a few of the weapons in Shockwave's arsenal. Never having been adapted by the Ark to an Earthly form, Shockwave remains a size consistent with his robot mode when he transforms to a ray-gun, that is, more than 35 feet long. He can fly in either mode using powerful jet thrusters in his boots (which become the handle in his ray-gun mode).

he also looked way cooler!
I don't know what to put here yet.

I haven't made it out to see cyberjesus 3 yet.  I cannot wait to though, I could use a good two hour nap.
