Credit Where Credit is Due
« on: December 05, 2001, 04:00:00 PM »
I've been here since the beta. I've seen many good pilots, good guys, turds and girlscouts.

Over the past tour or so, I have been flying in the same area, just by chance, with Ypsilon.

I've notice the following....

he gives six calls generously
he takes care of himself by flying smart
he doesn't complain or whine
he sets up great drags without a word said
he works well with others
he fights hard for the bishops
he's not too proud to buff or bring the drunks and most importantly, he denies you the opportunity to fight with an advantage.

Sure, there are others who do the same, but none that I can say have stood out on a consistent basis like him with the possible exception of Fester.

Oh yeah...he lets his flying do his talking. No lip service or mindless bantering on the bbs...just shows up and gets it done!

Here's to ya......<S>

Absolutely...I'm not too into this lovey dovey <S>'ey type stuff, but it's always makes you feel better when Ypsilon is around.  Seeminly without fail, he's always there when you need a goon/buff/whatever to take down that last ack or slip onto the field for a capture.  I'm glad he's a Bishop!

Yep he is a good guy to have in the vicinity if you are a Bish.  You know he will help you if you are in trouble, and you know that if he needs help, he won't get you killed doing it.

He has always amazed me with his SA.  He flies down low and mixes it up enough that you wonder how the hell he pulls off that k/d of his.

He is perhaps one of the smartest fighters in the arena, and he does it so differently than many other "great sticks".
