Hey everyone, I have been in AH 3 mos now but first time posting message here.
I heard through the grapevine that Oly was trying to get a training class going. I for one think this is a excellent idea:aok
I dont know what it would take to get it going, but would be more than willing to help anyway I can. I am sure that alot of people(mainly us newbs) could benefit alot from this. I dont know why there isnt one already. This is just my opinion but I dont think it should be held in the training arena. If I were to say what I thought about training arena, I would probably be banned from this BB:rofl
Looking forward to seeing what everyone elses thoughts are on the idea

Training area has helped me out a lot so far, but i'd be interested in a training course for sure

Read your way thru www.netaces.org Then get with a trainer or one of the others that stop in the TA and ask for merge training and learn basic acm , watching films helps alot also.

after you learn how to fly planes thru manuver's ect ,you can start working on SA (situation Awareness) they go hand n hand here .

if you ask here in this bbs it will ussually get ya set up with a trainer .

There is a Trainer Corps in Aces High that can help out single people or small groups (if people organize themselves). The email address to contact them is Trainers@hitechcreations.com. I've been working with Oly and the Bounty Hunters recently (probably what you've heard about) as a partial test of group training. I'm hopeful we can expand what we learn in that to allow more people to partake in this sort of thing.

If you'd like help though, feel free to email the trainer corps or myself soda@hitechcreations.com and I/we can certainly arrange something. The netaces.org website is also an excellent resource as well as a number of other links that have appeared on this BBS from time to time. I'd try a search on this forum for "helpful links" or "tips" and I bet you'd get a number of good threads.

first i am new too been on 4 months i think a training class would be a great idea..... i now a few guys that would be interested...
and netaces.org is a must read for new pilots.... just remeber one thing do what it says learn alittle try to do it keep parcticing and then learn more..... there is way to much info to consume all at once... i know it is hard to do believe i was doing ok just learnng on my own had ok stats then read netaces and took it one at a time and my stats have falling but in the long run it will be benifical and i now i figure in a year ill be a good pilot and netaces gets alot of credit

and i closing where do you find and contact trainers?
