Supposedly the umps do it.  But MLB umps are some of the laziest swine in recorded history.  I wouldn't put it past them to pay a ballboy or somebody like that to do their work for them.

That reminds me.  I can't wait until Opening Day, so I can yell at those meatheads again.  It's great to sit behind home plate where you know they can hear you.  Last year we got a "QuesTec" chant going a few times.

I saw a show about the rubbing mud on discovery ch or somthing.  A guy has an exclusive contract for the mudd and its a closly guarded secret were he gets the mud from or somthing.  Maybe it was the man show I cant remember.
