rudder calibration/selection bug

My stick/throttle are usb and my rudder is gameport so I have my rudders hooked up with a generic gameport driving wheel.  It detects and works just fine in AH 1.

In AH2 beta 15, when I need to select the rudder axis for rudders, the correct stick (wheel/rudders, stick2 I think) is visible and can be selected, but wiggling the rudders does not cause any of the displayed axis values to change away from 0.  Selecting what I know to be the correct axis results in the rudders working just fine, and after I select them the little line graph square window that shows current axis position with colored lines also works correctly.  The only thing that didn't work was moving controls on stick2 did not cause displayed stick2 values to change like they do with stick1 (usb connected stick and throttle).
