I would like to see us do this in the main. No other rule changes to confuse the issue.

How about this. Tonight 6pm EST. Which ever side has the least amount of pilots, we ask to join one of the other sides for a couple of hours.

TT We are going to remain 3 sides in the main arena.
What 3 sides does for arena play.

1. It balances out 1 side having more players than the other.

2. It Spreds the fights out accross the arena. If you only have 2 sides you would see a lot more of everyone fighting in 1 spot.

3. It provides everone with more enemys to fight. If all 3 sides are = numbers you always have 2 enemys to fight for your sides 1.

4. It creates a more dynamic enviorment because who each country is attacking changes . As opposed to 2 sides where you are always attacking the same side.

5. Countryies devlope a personality over time. With 3 countries we end up with a more diverse flavor.

HT. The subject keeps popping up. My thought here was to find out once and for all what a 2 sided war would do.

My personel problem with the 3 sides is the number of players during the hours i like to fly. With 20 people on, if the other 2 sides decide to fight each other, Your out of gas by the time you get to he fight. The inabilty to switch sides increase,s the problem as the war shifts here and there. Im sure that as the game grows this will stop being a problem. But for know it seemed like a possaable soultion

I've got an interesting proposition for a HA, and don't know if WB ever tried it.

I was reading a book I got as a present about WW1 air campaigns and it happened to have a lengthy quote regarding the DVII (i believe)..squad got 6 and had to pick who flew them, this was a real life and death issue at that time with allied craft being so dominant.....

Anyway, how bout you start off in worst plane in rolling set and progress by score/survival with planes allocated by semirealistic availability..you die you start over..you ditch/wreck it..you start over...just a thought
