We have a Aussie Rules football player playing here in the USA.  He plays for San Diego Chargers.  He's the kicker because:

1) He is not Fast enough
2) He is not Strong enough
3) He is not big enough


to play a regular position.  He is a tough muther though..I'll give him that.  After punting he looks to tear sombody's head off...not your regular punter.

The last two recorded bayonet charges in military history were both made by British (soccer playing) soldiers.  The last one was in Iraq, the time before in the Falklands.

I said nothing of fierce hits.  The man requested that his finger be cut off to re-join a GAME.  That is stupid.  Yes, I'm serious.

I'd respect someone who cut off his finger to save his life or something.  In this case...what?...he did it because his contract states he wouldn't get paid unless he finnished the game or something?  His kid needed surgery?  Or did he need to pay back his booky or crack dealer?  Or did he do it to be macho and have all of you guys state he was a hero of some sort?

Unconvinced...he was stupid.
