Cops are ok with us doin fireworks. Firearms may not go over well in Suberbia.

People caught with any firework that excedes the 10' radius and flys higher than 2 feet are illegal.  [In ALbuquerque N.M.]

People caught with said items in there possesion are subject to fines of $1000.00 or a 1 year term in jail.

Whats this world coming to when you can't even celabrate Independence day!

Hopefully you don't live in the DRY southwest.

 Enjoy your fireworks.

Nope, I live it NY. No fireworks are allowed in possesion except snakes and sparklers. Illegal t buy too. But we can drive an hour to PA and buy all we want with discounts because we are from NY. PA residents arnt alloed to buy em, but allowed to have them. So NY makes up for a good percentage of PAs firework money.

It's not the Fourth of July unless you can light the fuse of a firework that will fly at least 200ft. straight up and give off a report louder than a 30-06.

 I agree.

That said $1000.00 is pretty stiff not to mention the 1yr jail sentence. :D

Even though said fines are in place.   In my Home town.  The fireworks were flying.:D

It looked like I was at the professional firework display.
All though the police and the fire dept. were out in force. They couldn't stop the individuals with there own small displays.

Thank god my house is still standing, and no fires were started.:D

Well here in portland firewroks that sparkle higher than 3ft. Are illegal but I go to washington and get the big ones. Plus if you really want to make a bang. Take a whistleing pete cut in half put all the white gunpowder. In a 2liter bottle get the cap put a hoel in it not to big. Place the wick from the pete into the bottlecap that is tightly on the bottle, Light the wick and run about 25feet turn back and watch the mayhem. Make sure you hold your ears.:D

Cooley, you hit it on the head, sometimes I wonder what would happen if some of these people who do the trash talking to each other met face to face.

Do you realise you can expand the text bar?  Just hit the key above the Tab and below Esc to toggle between the two sizes.  :aok
