Keeping Hillary Clinton out of office.

If he wins, survives 4 years, and runs again, then Hillary will never get a shot at running.

4 to 8 years of Kerry would be worth keeping that B**** away from any chances at getting in the White House.

I think it was a crime that she was able to get elected in New York. Either the New Yorkers are stupid, the elections were rigged, or a combination of the two.

I don't think we're desperate enough yet for the "Anyone but Hillary" resort. Here's a better slogan "Let's work for the best, and not settle for less" ;)

I don't know if you were addressing that to me but I'll admit, Hillary scares me a lot. If I wanted to live in a socialist society I'd move to Europe.

Hillary represents exactly the direction I never want this country to go. I can't name one thing she supports that I agree with. She is as extreme left as Pat Buchanan is extreme right. She would continue a trend that began with FDR's "new deal" that keeps on turning our country into a socialized welfare state that stifles progress rather than a lean & mean capitalist country that rewards initiative and determination. Building a country where everyone lives equally well is an unrealistic goal. Her efforts will ensure that the majority live equally poorly with maximum security but minimum freedom while the elite minority (like her and the rest of her Commie pals who know what's best for the rest of us) live like kings. Keeping this country where anyone with talent and determination has the opportunity to succeed as well or BETTER than anyone else while those that are lazy or incapable are left behind sounds cruel to Democrats, but is the foundation of this country. Republicans may be wealthy elitistists backing big corporations, but at least they do so without threatening to tax us to death so they can extend government control over every aspect of our lives to decide what's best for us.

I am neither Republican nor Democrat and as such have never voted in a primary. But I always vote in the actual elections. I wish the whole party system would go away so candidates would run on their ability to make good decisions rather than their ability to follow party doctrine while saying whatever they think the voters want to hear. But since I am stuck with this two-party system, I always have only two choices.

But I am certain that if Hillary runs for office that I will have no choices and be forced to live with a President that does not represent me or the direction I would like to see my country going in any way, shape, or form. I already went throught that while Bill was in office.

At least Kerry served in the military and even saw combat. I view Kerry as a moderate (like GWB) who will pander to the masses for the most part. The fact that he is spineless on big decisions and proudly spit in the face of Vietnam veterans after leaving the service are very big flaws, but no where near as bad as Bill and Hillary being supporters of the Communists during the same time frame (and to this day if you ask me :p).

I don't care for Bush, I care for Kerry even less, but I believe 8 more years of Clinton control will do nothing good for this country. I would be willing to sacrifice 8 years of Kerry control if it assured me the Clintons never lived in the White House again. They were an embarassment to our country right up to the day they moved out.

P.S. Like Florida and all of its residents are soley to blame for the fiasco that occurred last election.

It's not my fault that the last election was so close that it came down to the vote counts of all those wealthy elderly Yankees that retire here in Florida and have an inability to read and punch a ballot correctly. If even one more state had counted its votes in such a way as to support Gore, Florida wouldn't have even mattered.

It is ironic that Gore pandered to the elderly here with empty promises of cheaper and better health care, but the very people he was appealing to had trouble figuring out how to vote. :D

Regardless of the failures/distortions of the vote counts, I feel justice prevailed. It would not have made sense that Gore could have won a state that would elect Jeb Bush as governor.

By the way, I voted for neither. I voted for Libertarian just to show my distaste for both candidates. But if I had known my vote would have counted so much, I would gladly have voted for Bush just to back those military personnel whose votes would get tossed aside if Al Gore had any say in the matter.

While I was stationed in California, it seemed their governor elections were always plagued by large numbers of votes from dead people who liked democrats.  Apparently, Arnold overcame that problem :p

List says Kerry top Senate liberal

Quote
Sen. John Kerry was the "No. 1 Senate liberal in 2003," according to new rankings by the National Journal.......

.........The American Conservative Union (ACU) gave him a 13 rating on its conservative scale for 2003, with 100 being the most conservative. His rating was higher than the 10 rating or lower scored by Mr. Kennedy and 13 other Democrats. This was partly because Mr. Kerry missed three votes, which boosted his average.
............

.........The Americans for Democratic Action, a prominent liberal advocacy group, gives Mr. Kerry a lifetime career rating of 92 on a 100-point scale, with 100 being the most liberal.

Just an observation but it would seem Kerry pretty much embodies what you fear from Hillary.
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. In comparison... yes.

While Kerry was on a patrol boat earning his precious three purple hearts he really was risking his life for his country. Whether he approved or not, he obviously did the time.

Where were Bill and Hillary in the late 60's and early 70's?

Neither wore a uniform. Bill was being officially recognized by the Soviets in Europe and Hillary personally identified Nixon's voice on the Watergate tapes.

Yeah, Nixon was a criminal, but when he was caught by illegal seizure of his own private tapes, he didn't try to dodge the bullet and drag the country through an impeachment that certainly would have found him guilty given its Dem dominance.

But what are the Clintons? Hillary was all too eager to point the finger at Nixon, but when it was her own neck at stake, evidence disappeared. Quite a few people even claim a lot of potential witnesses were killed. Bill was and Hillary will be the most evil, self-serving President to hold the office since LBJ.

It's not just about the Dems... I would vote for Jimmy Carter or Harry Truman a million times over any candidates since George Bush Sr. But these people are lowlife with an agenda that is plain wrong in my book.

If Kerry gets elected, it will because he acting like a moderate. Just as Bush has to if he wants to be elected. With rare exceptions, moderates almost always win. If he wants to ge re-elected he will continue acting like a moderate until his 2nd victory, then I might fear him since he won't be seeking re-election.

Hillary won't act any differently than she ever has, 1st term or 2nd. Yet somehow the public loves her so much that a state she never even lived in elected her to represent them? The whole system is corrupt and together, the Clintons are the tip of the iceberg. Maybe I avoid the submerged part of the iceberg, but I certainly will steer clear of the part that I can see.
