I tryed deleting ALL of the terrain files. Scanned for viruses. Was able to play this patch all day. I opened Outlook Express, read some emails, and decided to prove my squaddie wrong. I opened the infamous Film Viewer and in fact, proved him wrong (bwaha). Then I wanted to know the guns that one of the planes carried. I opened up Aces High with Outlook Express still open and tryed to go offline. The harddrive spins for a couple seconds and the game CTDs. When I go online, it downloads the map, HD spins, and it CTDs. Going to try fresh install, and will edit if this works. Any help?
Fresh install didn't work, but turning off texture preloading (system memory) did the trick. I'm guessing this is on HTCs end, because I had over 500MBs free before when I was preloading.
