The Daily show does not ever blur  the line between comedy and factual news. I challange anyone to show me where Jon Stewart has reported something not factual or incorrectly..

OMG you really do believe that don't you?

I bet you also thought F/911 was a documentary!

Never seen F911...

Be strong now Mighty1.. Show me one instance when Jon Stewart has been discredited.

Show me one instance, just one now, where Jon Stewart has reported some non-factual news or reported something incorrectly.. Be strong!

How could it be foolish if the fact is correct? You must be saying Cheeny did not lie?? Otherwise,  you statement is very foolish..

Yes, foolish.  Quotes from The Daily Show's web page:

Whether or not this particular story is true, The Daily Show is not a good source of accurate reporting.

Dude you've shown me with that "The Daily Show only tells the truth" line that you are NOT playing with a full deck and that it is pointless to try and argue with you.

You are wrong and obviously you do not watch TDS. I know what they say. It is part their 'entertainment' gig. Kinda like CNN's 'most trusted news source' or Fox News 'Fair balanced'..

I challange ANYONE to find ONE event where Jon Stewart has reported news incorrectly or confused the facts.. JUST ONE!

Did you guys see the Daily show from the Dem convention, where Steven Colbert got all the different Dems in a room to talk about their issues and called them by their stereo typical names.  ( ie  Black Guy, Organized labor, Gay guy and my favorite Arabtino)

Pure Genius!!!

A great exceprt...

It was great when Colbert asked "Black guy how do you feel about gay marrige?"

Black Guy:  "I think it's ok and the right of Homosexuals."

Colber:  "Ok black guy kiss the Gay guy."

Black Guy: "No"

Colbert : ":That doesn't sound like accpetance to me."

"Arabtino what do you think."

At the end he had all the different people representing all the different issues arguing with one another and talking over each other.  Exasperated, he ends with "I can't wait for the Republican Convention because I can guarantee one thing ( with relief in his voice... ) None of these issues will be heard.

LOLH

Pure Genius.

Another great Colbert piece on the Daily Show web now.

Colbert at the RNC

Laughed my prettythang off.  I love the part where the guy won't even turn around to talk to him so he ask questions to the back of his head holding the mic at the base of the back of his head.

Then one lady asks him who he is with, he says nambla and she goes oh thats great...

LOLHROTFFPM.

Lady: "No."

Colbert: "Cmon, you never thought about it?

Lady: "No"

Colbert: "Not even in college?"

Lady: "No"

Colbert:  "How about right now are thinking about a woman?"

Lady "No"

Colbert: Exhasperated he moves on to find a lesbian.  lolh.
