here they are saying some poll's may be open until midnight because of the rule "if you are in line before polls close"....
while here in wisconsin i know of, talking about the candaties, and items on the ballot is illegal officially. it falls under the same law that no campaign ads can be within 1000 yards of a polling place.
in these places where the polls are open and the news is reporting the results so far, and people wiht multimedia devices, cell phones, whatever.....
them giving the "current" results to fellow voters in line, could that be considered attempting to sway the votes of the voters in line?
if so that is illegal here, and should be everywhere IMHO.
it is a diffucult dilema, wit the only option i see possibly is not counting any votes until all are cast, meaning no results until late the next day earliest.
