My early attack-
Soysage-17 (ME)
I told my family I was going to cook them dinner. I told them we were having shrimp. So I went out and bought this ice-tray that has shrimp shaped icecube molds. Then I ground up some cauliflower and tofu and put them in the molds. Then I baked it in the oven for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
When I called my dad in for supper, he filled his plate up with salad, coleslaw, then I put some 'shrimp' on his plate. He took a whole shrimp in his mouth, chewed it up, and then spit it all over the floor! He said it was the most disgusting thing he ever ate. I was grounded for an entire week
How can I trick my family into eating vegetarian?

well, first things first, you shouldn't have tricked them into eating a veg meal. It's like expecting you're going to be drinking sprite, sipping it, and finding out that it's water. It wasn't the taste that you were expecting. So, the same works out here... your family was expecting to be putting shrimp in their mouths, and of course, since it wasn't, they thought that it was the worst shrimp they had ever eaten before. You shouldn't force your family to go veg because they hopefully wouldn't force you to eat meat. If they want to go veg, it should be for the right reasons, not because someone made them. Tell them why you want them to go veg, show them some videos, let them see some brochures, let them try some veg food at a restaurant (knowingly.) They'll come around.
