How come on Burger King's website it says that they are not vegan (ingredients section) but PETA promotes it? I have been BK veggie obsessed and really disappointed that they are not vegan. I am a vegetarian trying to go more vegan..so this really sucks? does anybody know whats going on? I am surprised that PETA would support something that is not strictly vegan.

BTW, I have noticed that they no longer say much about the BK veggie anymore...maybe it was vegan or they thought it was vegan at one time...
In a way though I think that its probably good to buy it anyway (since its only like trace amounts) Just so that it has a higher demand and we should support vegetaran products.. I dunno. Your thoughts?

It used to be vegan, but it's not anymore. They changed the recipe so now it has egg whites.
It pissed me off so much when they did that.

I think we talked about it before on "What's Up At PETA?". It use to be vegan but they changed ot for "profit" reasons which makes no sense as they would lose the vegan customers they were getting. Shame. I don't know why the Admins have yet to remove them from the main board page. Just know that it is no longer veggie. The admins have confirmed it. Though it is still vegetarian for the vegetarians out there ...

i was watching the telly and 2 girls wanted 2 give their mother a make over. their mom was totally goth and they made her get a mke over. why couldnt they be happy with what they had? this pissed me off because it made me think of how society is a jell-o mold and if you dont fit you're critisized and ridiculed. whats so badd about being differant? its the outcasts of society that will save the animals and live longer....

ADMIN's if you delete this so be it, you are showing the truth then. you every get so blinded by a thought or ideal you couldn't see your own face in a mirror?

to be obtuse here hitler was blinded by his "ideal" and wiped out millions because of it. sometimes outsiders have to come in and challenge authority, challenge the norm to open eyes to the real facts of life.

you might not like or agree with carnivores ideals on life on this planet. so be it, you have a right to your opinion. THYE DO TO!

the fact you attempt to hide that from these impressionable youth's eyes speaks volumes to an intelligent aduld. have you ever watched the movie "American History X"? you PETA administrators are just like the skinhead leader in that movie. so obcessed with a certain ideal, you have no clue on what is going on in the world around you.

you will read this as a flame / troll and immediatly dismiss it, blind to the thirst for knowledge these young people have.

HOPEFULLY a few of them will have read it, and it helped open their eyes, even if for just a second.

thats when the real trolling starts, when your own members begin to question your methods, and tactics. when your own members realize there is more than pure black and white on this issue.
