Below is a chart I made with some of the data I've looked at regarding the new minimum bomb drop requirments. Any combination of speed/altitude to the upper right of the curve for a given angle should allow the bomb to be armed. This data also assumes that the altitude is the vertical seperation between the airplane and the target, and that the bomb does not experience any drag.
A couple of things should be noted.
1. The 1000' limit only has an impact on low level bombing. (less than 1000')
2. Dropping a bomb at less than 1000' in any kind of dive greater than 30 degrees is impractical unless you want to lawndart.
3. The method I was using looks like it started to become unstable for low altitude/high angle/high speed cases. This is basically irrelevant though given point #2.
