The quotes are from the HTC web page on the new strat.
The source (station or depot) controls whether the train or convoy can run, i.e. if the source is destroyed, then the train or convoy won't run.
If a Depot has been captured, then the train or convoy will only resupply objects that are owned by the capturing country. If 75% of a Station is destroyed, then the train or convoy becomes inoperable.
The last quote seems to imply that only Stations can be destroyed to prevent resupply, and that Depots can not be destroyed, but they can be captured.
I've done some experimenting off-line and it seems that convoys will run every 25 minutes no matter how much of the Depot is destroyed. In other words, you can't stop the convoys from running by destroying the Depot.
Can anyone verify this?
