I paid for overnight shipping from FedEx. Tracked it and it was sitting at my local Fedex facility. Been there since 3pm. I then call at 7pm asking where my package is. There cookie cutter statment was "beyond our control we couldnt get the package to you on time"
She then tells me "you can go pick it up from the local facility". Cool problem solved....or is it? After arriving to pick it up, there are no lights on, the place is shut! Anger! then Rage! go through my mind. After getting back home another call to FedEx. Im sorry for the delay. There is nothing we can do.
How about a refund you say? Well you will have to go throught the person who shipped the package. Ok I ordered parts to build a new PC from MWave.com.."great outfit" and I am at a loss. These guys have nothing to do with my parts delay. FedEx was paid for a service but didnt deliver. Do I ask MWave to suck it up and pay me? Or do I just say thanks for the parts tomorrow when I get them.
I dont think I would be so frustrated if it wasnt for this isnt the first time its happended. And I really wanted to get the new PC together!!! Ok thats the real reason.
