IIRC I believe Staga had been warned several times to stop posting pics that might be offensive or Not Work Safe.

I don't understand why he felt it so impairitive to continue to do so.

Didn't he have somewhere else to post porn? or less boring?

I think it shows a lack of maturity or a low mentality level.

Smoking is dangerous, porn is offensive and neither one has a place in the American workplace....because our workers have the RIGHT to a non hostile, smoke free working enviroment.

Your workers aren't afforded such rights; indeed, it seems many Euros feel it's an obligation to be as offensive as they possibly can, even in the workplace.

The smoke free part is just fine with me. I hate smokers, never smoked in my life and never will. It's a disgusting habbit.

Of course if you work in an open office, you're going to have a tough time viewing hardcore pr0n at the job. Even though it still happens and most people just laugh about it. It's taken usually as a joke as long as nobody starts pleasing themselves in front of the screen. If there are older person or some backtight wads, people usually avoid opening anything in thier presence.

Smoking wise the regulations are tough if you work at a chemical factory or next to the oil harbour like I used to. Otherwise it's each companys own decision how strict rules they want to set.

I saw the Nick Berg execution for the first time when I was in a meeting with the branch exec. and staff of the second largest wholesale company of my country. That shocked even me, usually people just play pr0n.
