Can anyone help me with a file conversion please?
I have a .swf file that i would like to convert to .3gp / .mp4 The .swf is 2.8 mb but when i convert it myself it skyrockets to like 50mb.

There are specialized codecs for encoding graphics. Techsmith codec is one of them.
http://www.techsmith.com.
If you want to change them to something universally viewable, use smacker or bink. Free tools, absolutely amazing quality. They accept donations.
