both would show up as "lag" on your FE big time, and with a new system just fresh plugged in, it might not have all the tweaks / security you had in the past

again as stated by another poster, "Lag" has almost nothing to do with your video card at all

either spyware, or a network problem

if you are really having 35 hops to HTC then get a new ISP that is rediculous. you shouldn't go over like 16 i thought

unfortunately becuase of location, roadrunner is the best i can get.
