That was the Sea Fury wasnt it?
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

I was going to say, Sea Furies have radials.  It certainly looked
like one to me.

Dude were you there on Saturday or Sunday? I was lookin all over for ya on Sunday. And I didn't see a Sea Fury there on Sunday--or a Bearcat----or a Hellcat. I was bummed. Perfect day tho. The Yak is still purty.

Went Sunday, and was looking for you as well.  The Sea Fury
was flying about 1300ish.  Had one guy pointing out a TBM to me
as a Hellcat  I tried pointing out that the Hellcat had neither tail
turrets nor a bomb bay, but he would not be detered ;)

I was there from about noon on and surely woulda noticed a Sea Fury (never saw one in person). I don't remember seeing that but I WAS standing next to the Yak that flew a bit after 1. Look like this?

If I missed a Sea Fury I'd definitely be bummed. That wasn't on the list was it?

Rest of the family found a shady spot under that shiny SNJ parked over by the shiny P-51 Glamorous Gal. I just kinda gravitated to and from that spot all day. Shame I missed you bro.

It was great running into Murdr and AKdog. Show was a bit of a wash-out sat, but the T6 and the Yak ran thru some paces and did a fine job. Weather along the coast had everyone grounded  :(

Still it was well worth the 5 hour drive down, esspicially when ya hook up with other guys with the same love of the planes and of course the game.

Tried to talk Murdr into giving up some of those secrets of the 38, but he wouldn't give in... guess I scared him him the last time I ran into him in the air..... ya right !  LOL!!

Wish I could have run into more of yous guys !   all !!

If you guys didn't notice, but the Sea Fury had a plaque under the starboard elevator specifically saying what it was and it's serial number...

Not to mention the Hawker signs all over the thing.

I can be honest though, it had me stumped for a good 10 minutes as to what it was.

The pilot was still wiping the oil of of it while we were looking at it! I guess I should have looked behind the seat for the plaque :)
