place rearm/refuel pads at vh bases

give hangars the ability to repair planes if pilot is willing to wait, time to repair relative to damage amount

i like the hangar repair idea (well both)

i think hangar repair could have 2 options to it

1. Quick Repair - which will roughly patch the problem up but cause some inflight issue

2. Full repair, which eagler said would be a longer full repair

For one rotation either FesterMA or Trinity (I forget which one now) had Hurricane IID's available at selected GV bases. I'd like to see this again.

I believe HT said no to repair hangers in previous threads.

Hey, I think its a great idea though.

But I also think a tank crew should have to bail out and manually retrieve the "vehicle supplies."
