a way to pick up downed pilots?

what about some vehicles to rescue downed pilots for a couple perks? - a boat to get em in the water, maybe a wwii chopper, and some sort of gv...

Rescue choppers generally avoid combat... :D

I mean they never did a search and rescue. The closest choper that saw combat or action was one that was lauced off CVs for sub hunting I think it carryed 1 or 2 deph charges. IIRC

wow one resuce thats not enough to even think about puting it in AH. we arent talking about this happening alot. BTW how many were built? how many even made to to combat? how many squads flew them?

most popular pilot saver and recon plane hands down is the pby cat....it can land on water and land..it has long range..good firepower and carries a 4,500 pound bomb load..and radar..i read alot of pilots owed there lives to the pby cat picking them up..i dout i could count how many lives it has saved
