I had a one vs one against Storch yesterday.  He was in a Bf109G-10 and, I think, dove from above.  Not sure as I didn't see him until he was about 600 behind me.

Of course it wasn't a fair fight because I was in a Spit XIV with Hispanos and being massively overmodeled instead of the flying target it was for the perfection of German aircraft design in reality.

Was he in a temp flying at 15k and dive in to pick you when everyone else was at 3-6k having great 1v1s? Or how about when theres fight in the middle of the sea he ups one base back just so he can get the 15k alt. Did he do that?

No, he was in a Bf109G-10 as I said.

I also don't like gang bangs and I am not inclined to participate on either side.

Frankly, it felt like the guns were hitting too hard.  I could be mistaken on that though.  I suspect that the overdone lethality of v2.05 was still present.

The fact is that the Spit XIV far out classes the Bf109G-10 as it can do everything the Bf109G-10 can while being more manueverable with easier to use guns.  I am a bit sarcastic about the relative merits of the Spitfire and Bf109 after having participated in "discussions" with the certain fan of Bf109s who has a pronounced hatred of Spitfires.

I have beaten spit14's at 22-25k many times in a G10. And it gets alot easier the closer you get to the ground.Provided your not running gondulas on the g10 ,it's a great fight .Best todate spit 14 fight was against LYNXX lasted forever and great fun,btw I won the first and he won the last ,snapshot hit my radiator and soon after I overheated. I'll take a G10 over the spits anyday.

You guys need to get your stories straight.  You either like 1 vs 1s and you respect them or you don't.  There were only three of us last night in the CT and no one on the JG54 respected the 1 vs 1.  First pass was always firing for the HO and who ever got shot down came back with alt to pick the guy that was engaged.

Great fights however .  No complaining.  I am just saing, don't complain about people doing what your squad is known for.  That does not mean they are not good pilots either.  Just the style of fighting.

i tell you on ch200 that im gunna vulch you landing, and i do it as you cower in your ack hoping it will take me down b4 i get you.

More like 1v3 then you desided to go vulch. But the funnest thing is everyone whines about JG54 ganging and this and that so we start fighting 1v1s but yall have to come in at 15k in temps when we are at 5K and chery and gang. I guess we are going to have to go back to our way had "ruin" the CT again.

Honest question.  If you are not going to 'Turn Fight' with it, why do you fly it?  What kind of fight are you looking for?  Dive in to low cons?  I ask this because being co alt-co e with a con does not have to mean a turn fight.

I think I died from ur 262 while engaged with another in my p38 after the dweeb temp had left the room ... and I had two kills to boot. You did land it after I pointed that fact out but why make the problem worse by becoming a "temp dweeb" in a 262 yourself? if the temp dweeb was the reason for your 262, why kill anything but temps in it?
