Sniffles and I flew several duels in the TA tonight. Great stuff for knocking off the rust. Neither of us fly the SpitV much, so it just about as even as even gets. Even got to do my Hovercraft reverse in the F6F...  ;) Sniffles is a very good pilot.

We had a ball.

Later Schatzi and I squared off in Seafire vs FM-2... More fun.

Finally, a fellow I didn't recognize (sumguy) and I flew duels, such as SpitV vs P-38G, SpitV vs 190A-8, and Yak-9U vs F4U-4. Be advised, sumguy is a good stick, as is Schatzi. So, don't underestimate either of them.

I really appreciate these duels as the TA can be rather dull mid-week.

Nomak was there as well. He is usually in the TA or DA on Wednesday evenings, so you guys who want to learn from one of the better pilots, you now know where and when to find him now.

My regards,

Widewing

RManiac vs Shane vs ManeTMP, triple threat match.

The verbal outlashes alone would be enough to fill up Madison Square Garden with spectators.

I'm always right, it just takes some poepl longer to come to that realization than others.

DA for me was at its best waaay back in AH1 when AoM was still alive and well.

Fester
Wldthing(but getting him in there seemed like trying to set a date up to meet the president in person)
Urchin
Kappa
ManeTMP(although he rarely went to the DA)
XtrmeJ
Me
Timppa
Apar

And of course Nomak.

I miss those days when it comes to the DA.

But for me any one of the BK's is a hell of a duel now.
