The Spitfire Mk IX looks really nice. You can definately see the improvements over the Mk IX in AH right now. Good work all round SUPERFLY, Greebo and Airmess.

What I like best about it is the definite geometry above the exhaust staks. You can clearly see this isn't the same cowling as the SpitV, so it's something else to further differentiate the different planes.

Is it just me or does the "front window" look really narrow?

I thought it was a bit wider...

It's actually the same width as before. The armor glass looks distorted because you are looking down in to the cockpit instead of looking at it from the default view.

airmess did the cockpit textures, not SUPERFLY. SUPERFLY did the polygon model.

I'm sure Airmess has his sources for colors in the SpitIX cockpit. He wouldn't just pick colors out of thin air.

Probably because the interior looks dark, but looks kinda like RAF interior green.
