Rerun Malta with sides switched?

Not interested. Not even in 1 frame.
3 frames? The setup of the scenario is such that it is basicly the same frame, executed 3 times.

Points are ok. But there should be also a reward for progress on the battle field.
Examples:
1)
Sink the main ship in a fleet and in the next frame the fleet must respawn 4 sectors back and away from the point where is has been sunk.
2)
The capacity for rebuilding hangars ist reduced to 2 hangars for all fields on Malta in each frame. The  Allied CO can choose 1 hangar to be undestructable in each frame.


Numbers, attendance, balance.
1) Eliminate 109E.
2) More 109F squads and less C202 squads. 8/4 or 6/6 instead of 4/8.
3) No formation restrictions for bombers on their first mission. Will mean: no life counter.

Under these conditions I would like to rerun the scenario.

Sorry, IF the event runs again, there won't be any conditions.

It runs the same, so there are no complaints about fairness or how one side won/lost because they did/didn't have the new improved stuff.

For every change that might be proposed there will be an argument that it should have stayed the same.  

Any new ways to run this particular event will be discussed when the event runs, in full, the next time.

However, having heard nothing to date from a significant part of the event, this discussion may prove a moot point anyway.

I think that EMAIL needs to come from the CM's to the pilots on both sides.

Emails are sent out.  I have notified everyone who registered that their boards are still active, and to head on back in.

I am open to discussions about the Time Frame, if it will increase participation, I'm all for it.  

Make your requests for Time and either Saturday or Sunday to your CO's.  They will be in the design forum with Nef and I as we re-introduce this event.

I'm Thrilled this is running again.  It's a perfect fill in for the gap between the new year and the next event, as well as a Great way to see this event from the other side.

I expect, knowing these teams as I do, that we will again experience a near draw, but I always enjoy a hearty suprise
