On the WWIIO BBS, a problem with flags (essential to capture) being yellow (meaning they cannot be capped) is kicked about harshly. Killer's workaround:
Actually Doc is right, but not's necessarily packet loss per se, but anything that keep you from getting those updates.
Try this, when it happens, jump out and hit that little telephone button in the top left and go back in and spawn in the same place. That button requests an update.

When my computer see's yellow flags, have it ask for an update until i get good data. Problem fixed.
Your answer is like detour to a bridge thats fallen down. Take the detour. Detours are fine, but someone's gotta fix the bridge eventually.
