Seriously? There are some great excersizes to increase verticle leap. My HS basketball coach stole some ideas from the Cuban Olympic Volleyball team. They could flat fly.

Yea MT! I'm tall enough at 6ft so i't should just be a matter of athleticism nad a short enough basket.. Hehe..  What arev these exercises?

Thanks for the encouraging words guys, support from familiy nad friends had been very importnat for my success.
